My Project entitled "Sleepless Nights" is a series of black and white photography. I use photography as a tool to communicate the experience of solitude and silence. This photographic series is presented on two 26-inch Full HD Widescreen LCD Monitors in the gallery space.

One monitor illustrates a working process: original color photographs, my subconsciously influences from the literature and film, words and images, and the first selection pictures from the Sleepless Nights series.
The other monitor displays two videos on loop; each video is created from blurry photos from the Sleepless Nights series. The monitor is used as a projector to project a light that gradually changes from light to dark. The photo on the videos are used as a light source rather than a representation of someone or something.

This project is presented at the Growth: Behind The Scenes Exhibition, Gallery No.11, Aly.59, Treasure Hill Artist Village, Taipei, Taiwan, December 20, 2014 - January 20, 2015

"Sleepless Nights - Monitor 01" is exhibited in Non Parallel Evolution of Two Beings Who Have Nothing Whatsoever To Do With Each Other, Tribowl, Incheon, South Korea, 30 April - 28 June 2015
